Slider with worn down roller

Question

I have a slider that the rollers are worn down and the assembly is loose. Original to my house I suspect. It was built in the late 70s

It's tough to tell exactly what you have, but I think our 81-112 is very similar. The housing has the same general design and a few key details also match up, especially near the back end of the outer housing. Look over our photos and dimensions and let me know if you agree.
