Found on door: SGD-R30-96x80; Series 8394SGD; AAMA/NWWDA 101/1.5 2-97
The issue is that the latch will no longer lock. There are three latching mechanisms on the door - on the vertical, closing side. It feels like something is jammed in there, blocking the latch from connecting but I cannot see anything.
