I bought some sliders from you guys to match my windows. But I think the ones that where in the window already were to small to begin with. I need to know what to measure to ensure that I am getting the correct length and the correct top and bottom shoes for the sliders. NEED HELP please.

Hello there!
It sounds like you're referring to window balances. The best way to determine the proper size is to measure the visible glass height and then add 1". Just out of curiosity, why do you suspect your balances are the wrong size?
