Slides and Clips for spiral balances.

Question

Have single hung aluminum windows with spiral balances which I have received from you,

Now I see the plastic slides to keep the window in the frame shave broken.

Also the metal hook that holds the lower end of the spiral alance are broken. See sketch

Please advise if you can supply or recognize these parts. Cannot find identifying info.

Take a look at our 67-002 and see if this could replace your face guide. For the bottom clip, you have a few different choices. We don't have anything that's 1/2" wide, but we have the 9/16" WIDE 17-025 AND 7/16" WIDE 17-026. Could one of these work?
