Also has the part number Acme 4316.

This fits into a cut out in the wood that is 1 5/16 inches wide.

Acme has been out of business for some time now, and the #4011 and #4316 mold numbers have been replaced by the 23-041 closet door roller. Let me know if this works for you.

Can you confirm this will fit into a insert that is 1 5/16 inches wide?

Yes, but the cut-out will need to be cut to 1-13/16" wide. Does that sound do-able for you?
