Sliding Closet Door Hardware

Here is a front and back photo of a roller assembly that I am looking to replace. I understand that these are old, but I would like to know if you have any thing that looks like this. I would like to use the track that is still good. I have looked in several stores and cannot seem to find new rollers with mounts.
