Is there a part that can be used to reinforce the lock? The hole is too big.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to say that we do not have a solution for reinforce your lock. Especially since there is a considerable amount of damage to the door frame. You'll need to have this repaired before you can replace the mortise lock.
