Sliding Door Broken Handle - door probably at least 30 years old

Question

Metal on the top of the handle broke, the silver lever turns to lock the door.
96 yr. old Aunt hates to replace door, hoping to get a new handle.
Any hope??
Couldn't find any ID of type of door it is.

See our 82-003 or our 82-055, depending on the hole spacing. See if one of these might match what you need. Also note that this kind of damage to a handle set is indicative that your sliding door rollers and track may need to be cleaned or even replaced. Be sure to take a look.
