Our house was built in 1984. Our closet has six-panel stained wood bi-pass sliding doors. The floor guide looks similar to your product 23-209 or 23-209B. In vacuuming the carpet, I hit the front most plastic or nylon tip with the vacuum cleaner and broke it off. Is it possible to buy just the nylon relacement tip?

Do they make any with metal tips? My boys constantly break the nylon tips.
