Hello:
We are in need of a replacement handle for our sliding glass door. Attached are photos of the door handle and as you can probably see in the photo of the inside of the handle the locking mechanism is broken. When one turns the latch lever/dial, it doesn't engage because the part that pivots to lock and unlock the door has broken from the plastic piece that acts as a carrier. You clearly see where it has sheered off by looking at the center of the photo where the word "LEFT" is embossed.
I have also included photos of the door's mortis lock as well as a label on the right side glass panel of the door which might be helpful. Unfortunately, any label that was on the door fell off years ago.
I am hoping that you will be able to help me with us?not even sure if you are the right folks, but I found you online and you appear to be experts in this area and perhaps the source for a replacement handle.
