Sliding Door Handle

We just bought a house that was built in 1993 and need to replace the handle on our slider. Can you please help me figure out what we need? Thank you!

Your mortise lock resembles the 82-226 at first glance. This is commonly used with the 82-030 handle set. Take a look at the measurements below to confirm they match your assembly. Thanks for posting!
