Thanks for writing in. While I can't say with total certainty what you need without seeing pictures of the original handle set, take a look at our 82-080 and its keyed equivalent, the 82-081. These are often associated with Legance 3 Patior Door handle set replacements. Look them over and see if they match what you need.
