Sliding Door Handle & Lock

I'm looking for a replacement sliding door handle and lock for the attached. I've no idea where I purchased them but it is no longer working as it should. To the extent that the plate in the door is standard (Sliding Door 2), I'd probably be interested in a newer model. Thanks.

Take a look and compare our 82-087 handle set with 3-15/16" installation holes to yours. If you need a new mortise lock as well, see our 82-226. Thank you!
