Sliding Door Handle missing inside lock handle

Unknown manufacturer as I have only been sent a photo of this needed repair. Any info would be helpful. I will be travelling to door location to physically assess, but have not been able to yet.

Hello,

Your handle set looks like a match to our 82-086 but you'll need to compare our measurements to yours to confirm. If you just need the thumb latch, see our 82-107. Thank you!
