I'd recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing to your assembly. This part is quite versatile but if you have any reservations, feel free to get back to us with a photo of the mortise lock in the center of the door to ensure that our handle set would be compatible. 

As for your track cover, unfortunately, we do not carry an exact replacement but take a look at the 80-102. We also offer the 80-106 replacement track. Review the specifications of these parts and the related videos to see what you think. Thank you!
