Sliding Door Hardware - 3/4" (?) Offset

Question

I have two very old solid wood louvered sliding doors and I am looking for heavy duty adjustable wheel assemblies. The pictured hardware came with the doors, but is missing the adjustment plate. The big box stores don't appear to have anything to replace these. Do you have anything I could use to replace these?

The only double wheel roller close to yours that we carry is the 23-213, but this only has a 1/2" off set. We also have the 23-003 single wheel roller with the 3/4" off set. Another idea would be to replace the complete roller and track assembly with something like the 23-500. Take a look at the parts and video we've related for you on this page to see what you think.
