Sliding Door Keeper Missing Part.

Looks like you might be missing the keeper, which is what your mortise lock hooks onto and is what allows the door to lock. However it's very difficult to identify what keeper you might need when the original is missing; your mortise lock style is compatible with about a million different keepers.

Considering the pattern of the installation holes, you might have something like our 89-029. However this is an educated guess. I hate to say it, but this isn't something you will know for sure unless you apply a bit of trial and error.
