Question

The unit I am trying to replace has the following information stamped on the inside:

DNS Industries 13/23 Outside Pull Miami Fla. -1400 Series
DNS Industries 12 Inside Pull Miami Fla. -1400 Series

The unit appears to be 7 3/8" in height, 15/16" in width & 6 5/8" screw hole centers with a safety latch and key cylinder.

The lock keeper appears to be 3/4" Wide & 2 3/4" in height.

Will the 82-008K & 89-003 replace what I have?

Yes, I believe that the 82-008K is a good match for the DNS #1400 series lock, and it does go with the 89-003 keeper. The dimensions should also line up with yours, but triple check just to be sure. We list all our dimensions online.
