Sliding Door Latch Replacement

I beleive it is a Vetter door from the early 90's.
There appears to be a spring inside that doesn't move when the latch is rotated.

Thanks for writing in! The door handle you have reminds me of the 82-020 Mortise Style Handle Set. The mortise lock, sold separately, appears to be a match for the 82-227 Mortise Lock.

To determine if these are the correct replacements, carefully review and compare their specifications.
