How can I determine the MFG date of door to know lock works. It may be from late 90's guessing.

I'm afraid I can't tell you the exact date when this door was made. You would have to contact Andersen to know for certain. See the hardware I've listed on this page for possible replacement options. Let me know if you have any further questions.
