Sliding Door Lock

Hi,

I'm trying to find the replacement part. I was told to include the information from the glass which is:

PPG Herculite K
Trempe tempered
can/cgsb-12.1m
bs 6206-1981-A
16cfr120/cii
ansiz97.1 1984 1/8u
sgcc-1605 2204

I know that Herculite only made the glass based on a response you sent another customer that I found. I was hoping you could help. I had already taken the door handle off in an attempt to fix it. It is stuck in the locked position and won't open.
