I am looking to identify the appropriate lock that would work for the sliding door that would allow you to lock and unlock from the outside.

Hi there! Thanks for posting. Your exact hardware isn't made anymore, since it's a little old fashioned, but Andersen makes a series of modern parts that should work just as well. See the list I've made for you below for my recommendations and let me know if you had any questions.
