On the handle it has the following markings.

Canadian Patent No 919213
Patented 1975
Pat No. 3596954

I am trying to get it replaced and not having any luck.

Take a look and compare the dimensions of our 82-033 handle set, as well as the 82-211 and 82-214 mortise latches, to your original hardware. Thanks for posting!
