Thanks for posting. From these pictures the 82-218 looks like a good place to start, but I ultimately can't be sure without seeing the front of the mortise lock, or knowing the dimensions. Compare the specifications listed on the 82-218 product page with your old mortise lock to confirm it's a match.

Can you measure the distance between screw holes on your lock and compare to the picture below?

Hello, will the Swisco 82-218 Mortise Lock be the replacement for this slider? The spring broke on the door, and can no longer be locked. The door is 1-½" thick. I've included the info found on the door as well. Mfr. SIL-1, Series: 5500/5700 Patio Door, Sliding Glass Door. (The door is approximately 18 years old.)
