Sliding Door Mortise lock replacement

Good Afternoon, 
The knob on the interior for this sheared off, and even before then the lock was seemed to only be able to latch close inconsitently.  Looking to replace the mortise lock, and the whole handle if needed.
Measurements are: 3-11/16: screw to screw, 1/2" wide, ~3-3/16 on the interior rounded edges for the mortise lock.  It looks like this can be Product Code: 82-218, or Product Code: 82-243.  Would i need to remove to confirm, I can not tell if there is a relavent difference on these.
Keyed handle seems to be Product Code: 82-086, based on screw holes.  Current is 8" H, 4" on the screws, and the lock offset by ~3.5" from the bottom.
 
There are a few replacement parts, think I have it narrowed down, but would like to confirm.  Thanks!
