Sliding Door Replacement Handles

Question

Hi. I tracked some info down to Swisco from a NAMI / NFRC labels on my door. My house is in South Carolina and was built around 2006. It has two sliding doors in the basement and two in the family room. 3 of the 4 handles are starting to break. The door itself is 29.5" wide and the screws in the handle are exactly 4" apart, on-center.
