Sliding Door Roller

A home owner from Indianapolis says:

I need a set of replacement rollers for a sliding glass patio door. The rollers are off of a Kinco door (out of business). I took pictures and wrote down some measurements. Please let me know if there is anything else specific you need in order to identify the part. Thanks for your help!!
