Sliding Door Trim

Handy Person from Nolensville TN
Good Afternoon!
I have a sliding door on my house which I am having difficulty finding replacement trim for - probably because the door is an older model.  The sticker on the door lists the following information: SGD-R30-144x81 Series: 7 SGD P.L# 646-014 Confirms to AAMA 1363.  The trim is made of white plastic, has a 90 degree bend in the middle of it, and inserts in between the metal frame and glass.  The trim's length is as tall as the door so approximately 81".  The side that inserts into the frame is approximately 22.5mm long (from end of the piece to the 90 degree bend) and the piece that touches the glass (90 degree bend to the end) is approximately 12.5mm.
I've included pictures or it both installed and removed.  Any help you could provide would be great - Thanks!

Hello,

It looks like you may be showing the glazing bead used to hold the glass inside the door frame. Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact replacement for the glazing bead shown in your photos. Our closest options would be the 55-011 or 55-015, but I'm not confident that either of them would work for your application. We'll include the dimensions from our product page below.

Good Afternoon -
That's correct.  I attached another picture with it half inserted for reference.  The little dip 5mm from the end is what allows it to snap in so don't think others will work unfortuantely.  However - would you happen to have something (or sometthing I could modify) that I could glue over the existing piece to cover it up?  It would have to be about 3/4" x 1/2" as shown in the 2nd pic.
Thanks!

Unfortunately, we do not have any kind of cover for the original glazing bead. The options mentioned above would be our only options. We apologize for the inconvenience.
