I have one of your sliding doors (ALI-ADW-8) and I need to replace the sliding screen, but I cannot remove it from the frame. I have tried lifting it up to clear the bottom, but it will not lift high enough to clear the frame I have tried pushing it down, same problem. Can you help?

Unfortunately we are not able to assist with full replacement screen doors, only replacement hardware that can be viewed here. Please note that your door is not directly from Swisco as we do not manufacturer doors. Take a look at the video below. In the beginning we show how to remove a screen door. I cannot guarantee it is the same style as yours, but take a look!
