Sliding Glass Door

I unfortunately do not have any photos of the lock body removed, any help you're able to provide is appreciated. This is a customer we are working with, the hook bolt is not consistently catching the strike, we've tried adjusting the strike but feel there may be another issue There were no markings for any kind of manufacturer information on the door or lock.

Thanks for posting! The mortise lock you have is the 82-226 Mortise Lock. My first idea is to adjust the door and the mortise lock to address the issue you are having. Take a look at our video tutorial on adjusting patio doors, tagged below.
If you require a stainless steel lock, I suggest removing the faceplate from your existing lock and installing it onto the 82-243 Stainless Steel Mortise Lock in lieu of using the brass lock above.
