Sliding Glass Door Handle / Locking Latch

Trying to find a replacement for this sliding glass door handle with interior locking clasp (latch) that is visible in pictures. Mounting holes are separated by 4 15/16" on center. Any guidance is appreciated.

This handle set looks a lot like our 82-082. I feel very confident that this product will work for you as a replacement.
