Sliding Glass Door Handle with lock

The lock is broke and I can no longer lock the door. Looking to replace it. I uploaded a picture of the sticker we found on the door. It's Series 1600 SGD

Take a look and compare our 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing to yours. If you need the mortise lock in the center of the door as well, please show us a photo and we'd be happy to research replacement options for that part as well. Thank you!
