Sliding Glass Door - Plastic Stopper

A home owner from Woodstock, Georgia says:

My 80+ year old Dad pushed their sliding glass door all the way over this door stop. We had to pull it down - to allow us to close the door. The 3rd picture is what it looks like at the bottom of the door. We need to replace this for the top of the door. Do you have this part in stock? Thanks. Judy
