Sliding Glass Door Replacement Handle Assembly

I am looking for a replacement handle for this sliding glass door, (pictures). 
The broken handle portion is on the outside of the door and looks exactly like the interior handle. 
Overall length is 8"
Screw pattern is 4" on center.
Color is along the lines of a Creme/light beige.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
