I need 2 replacement handles for 2 of the same sliding glass doors.

We'll be happy to help with your handle replacement. Can you tell us the distance between those two mounting screw holes?

Can you double check? We don't have anything with a 6" hole spacing. Make sure you're measuring the holes in the plate that mounts on the door. Looking at your style, they should be something like 3-15/16".
If they are, then I recommend our 82-079.
