Wheel pivots on the rivet in the main (rectangular) assembly. We have a video showing this pivoting but your website will not accept it.
The original part shown was from Kilian Manufacturing.
The door containing it (them, there are 2 of them) was probably installed in the 1970's, but no later than 1990 (house built in 1972, we bought it in 1991).
