The Marlin Windows roller you have here appears to be an exact match for the 81-293 Patio Roller Assembly. Carefully look over the dimension below and compare them to your existing roller. See if this is the right fit for your door.

Thank you for your follow-up.

Unfortunately, while this part is close, I don't think it will work. The mounting screw hole is perpendicular to the roller in this part while the existing part it is parallel.

In other words, we need a roller where the mounting hole faces up, not forward.

Do you have a part like this?

This appears to be the closest replacement match to your existing roller. You may be able to use a pair of pliers to gently bend it so that it will fit into the door. I can't make any guarantees but take a look and see what you think.

If you are still unsure that this will work, I'm happy to get our senior experts looped in on this but they will not return until next week.

Hey there,

Thank you for your patience. We believe your roller was the 81-037 which has been discontinued and is no longer available, unfortunately. If the 81-293 roller housing matches up to the dimensions of your roller then I would suggest bending the screw tab with a set of vise grips.

You also have the option of swapping out the roller wheel itself. Although, this will depend on the condition of your existing roller housing. If it is still in good, working order take a look at the 81-266 1-1/4" dia Roller And Axle Kit, to start. I've also tagged a 1-1/8" diameter wheel below, which would also require purchasing the 81-310 Rolla Axle Repair Kit.
