Letters on top of the roller: ASTR BEC OMCO. I didn't realize roller sizes would vary so didn't measure them while the assembly was out. The background of the images is 1/4" graph paper if that helps.

Yes... looks like the right part. Is the 1-1/2 inch wheel size the outside diameter of the entire wheel, or the diameter of the wheel where it meets the track?

1-1/2" is the diameter of the entire wheel. As long as that matches, you should be okay.
