Hello there. I don't believe we carry this exact keeper, but we may have a substitute that will work as well. Can you show me the mortise lock that works with this keeper? That should narrow down your options. Many thanks.

I belie it is a Jeld-Wen as they have the same locking mechanism on a door that is displayed at Home Depot.

The mortise lock looks like the 82-218. See a keeper like the 89-029 or 89-041. Compare these with your old one and see if you think either would fit your door.
