Good evening- I have a sliding glass patio door and the handle broke. See picture with broken wood handle. I purchased the white handle but it does not sit flat against the door since the new handle has slight nipples. I was looking to see if you had a handle that would sit flat against the door. The door is 2 inches wide. I also need a new locking mechanism cause the other one sticks. This door is original to the house which is 17 years old. I Am flexible on what the handle looks like but needs one that will lie flat and has screws that accommodate the thickness of the door.
Let me know if you need any other information

Maybe I can help! Looking at the 82-035 inside handle, the best solution might be to cut or grind off that part of your inside handle. Just keep in mind any modified items cannot be returned for a refund. You could also make the holes on the inside of your door a little larger using a rat tail file or a drill. As for the mortise lock take a look at the 82-226.
