I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 82-226 mortise lock to your part. As for the handle set, we do not carry an exact replacement but take a look at the 82-030. This handle set is quite versatile since it has an adjustable thumb latch but you would need to confirm that the 3-15/16" hole spacing matches up to yours. Note that the 82-030 does not come with a key lock but it is compatible with the 82-310 that is sold separately. See the related videos to assist you. Thanks for posting!
