Sliding Glass Patio Door

I am looking for a handle like this that will lock from the outside with a key and inside with a latch. Currently, it only locks from the inside. There is no names, numbers, or markings found on this latch assembly.

Our 82-315 key lock can often be used on doors like this, though my concern is whether or not you have the room for it on your handle. If not, then you would want to purchase our 82-044 as well. The video below shows you how these two products work.
