I am seeking replacment roller assemblies for my sliding glass patio doors. The assembly seems to have a 1-5/16 concave roller on ball bearings. It is attached to a slightly trapazoid piece of metal with a rivet at the top of the opposite end which is the pivot point for the adjustment assembly. The adjustment assembly is topped by a 'winged' section which slides into grooves in the door bottom plate. The top of the 'winged' section has a groove in it for the screw coming through the door side to hold the whole assembly in place. Below that 'winged' section are two flanges and below that is the adjustment screw component. This is probably a very old door and roller assembly, but it seems to most resemble your 81-126 product.

I agree, your roller appears to match our 81-126. Just confirm that the dimensions all match up.
