Edit: Width is actually between 5/8 tick and smidgen. 11/16? Sorry, I do not know how to read a measuring tape.

Viewing all rollers(2 wheels) from Swisco, I find Product Code: 81-030 & Product Code: 81-095 visually identical and nearly identical measurements with the wheel diameter slightly bigger than mine which is 1 1/8". Can a wheel diameter of 1 1/4" be replaced with a wheel diameter of 1 1/8"?

Hello,
I agree that the 81-030 is similar to yours but the housing dimensions would be the determining factor. If everything matches up beside the wheel diameter, you should be able to adjust the height of the roller to compensate for the difference.
We also offer the 1-1/8" diameter 81-223 wheel and 82-310 axle kit if you decided that you need to replace the wheels that come with the 81-030 with the same size wheels as your original roller, though I doubt it would be necessary.
