I hope that you can help. I have a sliding glass door that was made by international. The sliding glass door handle has broken and the part is impossible to find. I has a hole spacing of 4 15/16. the ones I am finding only have the 3 15/16.
Any chance you could help would be appriciated.

Hi Barbara. We may be able to help, but I think the best thing to do would be to send us a picture of the handle set, as well as any related hardware it works with. We'll do our best to ID what you need from there.
Thanks for getting back to us, Barbara. This is indeed a little unusual. Is that lock you're showing the door's internal mortise lock? If so, it resembles our 82-218--compare the dimensions listed on the shop page to confirm. This mortise lock does typically work with handle sets that have 3-15/16" hole spacing. If your old handle set has 4-15/16" hole spacing, it's possible someone retrofitted it to your door to work with the mortise lock. Your best option is going to be replacing the old handle set with one that has the 3-15/16" spacing, such as our 82-020 or 82-032. Unfortunately this will mean drilling new holes to install it. We advise hiring a local pro to help if you are uncertain about this. Let me know if you have any further questions.
