Sliding Glass door handle replacement

I need a replacement for my sliding glass door. The handle broke and so I need to replace it. The door lock has the number QC-PASS 537-45 (Rev C) 23/09/12 The holes are 3 15/16. The hole in the door is 1 cm.

Your hardware looks like a match for our 82-227 mortise lock and 82-030 handle set. Look over our dimensions and compare them to yours to see if you agree!
