Sliding Glass door handle and lock

Question

I am looking for a replacement door lock/handle for an old door.  I am unable to identify the brand.  The door is 1 and 3/4 inches wide and the handle holes are 5 and 1/2 inches.

I'm not sure what to recommend. This appears to be a very old handle style. Does you handle work with an internal mortise lock like our 82-218? This would be inside the door, sandwiched between the two handles.

If so, you might be able to use a something like our 82-035. You will need to drill new mounting holes at 3-15/16" on center, but other than that I think it could work.

If not, send us some photos showing us the door along with the type of latch it uses.
