Sliding Glass door rubber gasket around glass

The black rubber piece around the glass needs to be replaced, I don't know what the correct name of that is? I don't know the manufacturer, bought house with it installed already.

I have attached 3 pictures, it's the black rubber that goes on the inside and outside of the window to support it from the door frame?

Can you remove some of the rubber seal and submit a profile picture of it?
