Sliding Glass door weatherstripping and seals replacement

Hello,

My name is Don and I am trying to find replacement weather stripping for a sliding patio door. I am not sure who the manufacturer is but the windows in the home are Norandex Siteline Clad Double Hung so I am assuming perhaps the sliding door is as well. Please take a look at the attached photos and let me know what questions you may have. This is a friction fit strip which fits into a 1/2" groove in the wood frame on the door. I have never seen this style stripping before.
