That appears to be the guide on the end of an Andersen brand casement window operator like our 39-094 or 39-150, to name two examples. Unfortunately, the guide itself is not sold separately. The only thing we can offer is an all new operator to replace the original.

I recommend that your next step should be to review the two products I just mentioned to determine if either one is a match for the existing operator.
